Important Announcements

  • May 15th, 17th, 19th - Classes will be cancelled as our team is attending the CTFI National Championships.

  • May 21st - The black belt class will be cancelled, all other classes are on as usual.

Highlights

2025 Karate Canada National Championships (April 2025)

Two PMA athletes qualified for the PKF Championships and NS brought home a record 15 medals, including 4 gold!

2025 Coupe Du Quebec (March 2025)

A great showing for our 15 athletes, including many first-timers. 3rd place overall with 9 gold!

2024 ITF Taekwon-Do World Cup, Argentina (Oct/Nov 2024)

Congrats to our team on a fantastic performance in Mar Del Plata, we took home 2 gold and 2 bronze medals, the best performance of any club in Canada!
