  • A testing list has been distributed by email for Saturday, Feb 14th from 12-3pm. Classes are on as usual that day.

  • Feb 28th - ARK Outreach is holding a walkathon (2/5k) fundraiser called 'Coldest Night of the Year'. If there is interest in students/families from the club to do this, PMA will be registered as their own team. More information can be found on ARK's website.

Great way to finish the year, 22 participants, and 6 double-gold medalists!

2025 Taekwon-Do World Championships (Oct 2025)

PMA claims half of Canada's overall medals, and Serena earns her first world medal!

2025 CTFI Taekwon-Do National Championships (May 2025)

Our club placed 6th overall, with 3 double gold performances! Well done team!

2025 Karate Canada National Championships (April 2025)

Two PMA athletes qualified for the PKF Championships and NS brought home a record 15 medals, including 4 gold!
