Important Announcements

  • Aug 3rd - Classes will be on as usual, despite the holiday.

  • Aug 12th - A testing list has been distributed by email. Normal classes will be cancelled for the testing.

  • Aug 20th - Classes will be on as usual, however, Aurora will be hosting their annual neighborhood and community BBQ event outside and in the basement of the club. The BBQ wil take place from 6-8pm. Feel free to stop by for some food before or after class. Note that the street will be blocked off for the event, so please plan accordingly.

  • Elite Trainings - All elite trainings until Spain have been shared here.

Highlights

King of PMA V (July 2026)

Our largest KoPMA event yet, ~70 people from across Canada attended for 3 days of training and simulated matches in preparation for the World Cup in Spain! Thank you all for making it a success!

2026 NAC Championships (Apr 2026)

Our largest TKD team for an away competition yet, and bringing home 31 medals, including 15 gold!!

Black Belt Testing (Apr 2026)

Congrats to Wooseung (1st Dan), Jameson, Mikey and David (2nd Dan) and Sean (5th Dan)!

The Warrior Open (March 2026)

Our first international tournament of the year, all 4 team members bringing home medals!

2025 Eastern Canadian Championships (Nov 2025)

Great way to finish the year, 22 participants, and 6 double-gold medalists!

2025 Taekwon-Do World Championships (Oct 2025)

PMA claims half of Canada's overall medals, and Serena earns her first world medal!
