  • Mar 19/20/26/27 - The 8:30-9:30pm classes on these days will be elite Karate classes in preparation for the KC National Championships.

Highlights

2024 ITF Taekwon-Do World Cup, Argentina (Oct/Nov 2024)

Congrats to our team on a fantastic performance in Mar Del Plata, we took home 2 gold and 2 bronze medals, the best performance of any club in Canada!

2024 Karate Canada National Championships (July 2024)

Our 2nd Karate Nationals as an official club and a very successful one - 2 gold, 1 bronze!

2025 Coupe Du Quebec (March 2025)

A great showing for our 15 athletes, including many first-timers. 3rd place overall with 9 gold!
