Feb 28th - PMA's next in person and virtual sparring training is this Saturday, Feb 28th. All those who are interested in additional training to prepare for future comeptitions are able to join. There is no additional cost.

Feb 28th - ARK Outreach is holding a walkathon (2/5k) fundraiser called 'Coldest Night of the Year'. If there is interest in students/families from the club to do this, PMA will be registered as their own team. More information can be found on ARK's website.

Great way to finish the year, 22 participants, and 6 double-gold medalists!
2025 Taekwon-Do World Championships (Oct 2025)
PMA claims half of Canada's overall medals, and Serena earns her first world medal!
2025 CTFI Taekwon-Do National Championships (May 2025)
Our club placed 6th overall, with 3 double gold performances! Well done team!
2025 Karate Canada National Championships (April 2025)
Two PMA athletes qualified for the PKF Championships and NS brought home a record 15 medals, including 4 gold!
